Kanye West Escorted Out of Skechers After Showing Up Uninvited

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, had to be escorted out of Skechers headquarters in Los Angeles because he had shown up there without an invitation or prior notice.

According to a statement released by the manufacturer, two business employees escorted Ye and his group out of the building after a short talk.  Skechers also said that Ye also “engaged unauthorised recording.”

Moreover, Skechers in a statement said that “Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West.”

“We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hate speech.”

This news comes after Adidas cut ties with Kanye West after the rapper came out with antisemitic comments. Adidas said in a statement that they “do not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech.”

“Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”

Furthermore, Adidas ended a 9-year relationship with Ye, halting the production of all Ye’s products and payments to Ye. This costed Ye his billionaire status and drops him out of Forbes billionaire list.

Not only that, back in September, Gap also cut ties with Ye and the YEEZY brand. Gap said in a statement “We are taking immediate steps to remove Yeezy Gap product from our stores”. They also have shut down YeezyGap.com.

Twitter and Instagram has banned Kanye West after posting antisemitics comments on the social media platforms.
