Marvel Releases First Trailer For ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania’!

Marvel has release the first trailer for the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania film! The trailer gives a first-look at the villain Kang the Conqueror and many more.

The release of the trailer shows a glimpse of what is to come in the Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Furthermore, the trailer raises many questions and what impact it will have in the MCU.

The film will feature Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton).

The 5 heroes are transported to the Quantum Realm, which is a macro-universe in the MCU. Trailer footage shows Cassie showing a satellite device that is able to communicate with people in the Quantum Realm.

Janet seems to object idea of the device, stating that it was a bad idea and seemingly afraid. Later on, the heroes are sucked in the device, transporting them to the Quantum Realm.

Janet then reveals that she has something that she never told them as they encounter aliens and strange creatures in the macro universe.

You can also see Bill Murray in the trailer, but it is unknown what character he will play. However, there are speculations that he will be Janet’s ex-boyfriend.

We also get to see the upcoming villain, Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), which could be what Janet is so afraid of. The movie will set up Kang as the main villain of the upcoming phases after Thanos, though the trailer does not paint him as the bad guy.

This is not the first time we saw Jonathan Majors as Kang. In the Loki series, we saw Kang as He Who Remains, which is a variant version of the villain.

Fans will have to wait for the movie to find out more about Kang the Conqueror. Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will release on 17 February, 2023.
