During the period of fasting, you should not consume any calorie-related food. However, you can still drink water or any calorie-free beverages. Adam is trying to lose weight. He is thinking of trying intermittent fasting for 12 hours. He will be having his first meal of the day at 11 a.m. So, what time is Adam’s second meal? Yes, at 11 p.m. During the 12 hours, Adam can drink water, coffee, or any calorie-free drinks if he wants to.
