Man Shares Latest ‘Changes’ of Kota Bharu Bus Station

The bad condition of the Lembah Sireh Bus Station in Kota Bharu, Kelantan where the environment was considered as uncomfortable and lack of numerous facilities was formerly seen as an outdated place for public transit.

Recently, a TikTok user, @luqmanlong shared the latest ‘changes’ at the bus station, five months after the bus station’s poor condition became viral.

In the video, Luqman went to the bus station to see if there were any latest changes made at the bus station. However, it can be seen that the only thing that has been upgraded is the ‘signboard’.

What’s more, the chairs have been recolored to orange color, and that is it. The other facilities are still the same without any changes. In addition, the public parking lot is still ongoing construction for more than 10 years!

“The bus station looks like a bus stop”

A user commented on the video saying that despite being called a bus terminal, the place looks like a bus stop. Other users also shared the same thought.

“Please upgrade the bus station..”

Many users hope that the responsible party will upgrade the bus station. According to a user, the bus station is packed like ‘sardines’ during holidays.

The Kelantan government expects the new Kota Bharu Sentral Integrated Bus Station Terminal to complete by the end of 2025.
