4 Malaysian Restaurants Shine Their Way With Awarded One Michelin Star!

Did these four restaurants get the Michelin star award? Food enthusiasts will geek about anything that relates to food. As they enjoy savouring delicious cuisines that feast not only on the stomach but also the eyes, they will definitely know the sacred term ‘Michelin’ stars.

So, what exactly is Michelin in the culinary world? Well, you might know the French tyre company Michelin. But is it the same thing with the acclaimed title every restaurant and chef worldwide dreams of? To your surprise, yes!

What is the Michelin Guide?

The term Michelin Guides is a series of guidebooks published by the same company. The book explains the traits that qualify a restaurant to get three stars for excellence in terms of service, food, performance and others. Michelin stars are like an honorary badge that reflects the quality of a restaurant. Therefore, if the loss of stars or stars happens to the already-Michelin restaurant, it’ll definitely replenish its reputation in the culinary scene.
