Children’s day is the happiest occasion for children. Like mother’s or father’s day, we honour the presence of these children. We too used to be a child, thus, we would know the feeling of being appreciated.
During the special day, many schools and organizations held a celebration to show the children that they are loved and cared for. From a sharing on TikTok from @md_anuar, he captured a heartwarming moment of her daughter’s action during the day of the celebration in school.
Even though it was the day meant to celebrate children like the little girl, she celebrated the day like it was her father’s day. The school has asked for the children to show up in school in their dream job uniform. Take a look at the video below:
It was such a warm gesture by the little girl to decide to put on attire like her father’s. Her father did ask her to change her attire, fearing that it was not a ‘great’ occupation. Nevertheless, she decided to wear it. She said, “Your occupation also can provide us with food and shelter.”
She may be a little girl, but she has a big heart. She knows the struggle that her father has to go through to make their family’s life better.
Many people were moved by the girl’s gesture.
Besides that, the video portrayed the girl’s friends’ dream job. Some of them were dressed as doctors and soldiers. Furthermore, some of her friends were dressed as teachers. What a cool dream job!
It does not matter what’s our parents’ occupation is. As someone’s daughter or son, we should always appreciate what our parents have done to make us happy.
