Not Just Several States In Malaysia, But Hat Yai Is Flooding Too?

The holiday season means happy occasions. Nevertheless, those on a vacation in Hat Yai, Thailand, are in an unpleasant situation as the city is flooding. As many states in Malaysia are at risk of flood, Malaysians decide to go to Hat Yai which is near our country. However, the heavy rain ruins the chance for these families to have a good time.

According to a tweet by @chairman_GLC, the flood warning in Hat Yai forced him and the other Malaysian to leave the city.

He shared his scary experience where he almost could not make it out of the city. The bridges in the city are jammed with cars that also wanted to escape the city.

Besides that, another Twitter user, @paduka_nadzren, revealed that he was also ordered to leave Hat Yai due to heavy rain since Friday morning. He also felt sorry for the anxious people that live in the city.

Aside from that, some people had to cancel their holiday due to the weather, even though some of them already booked the hotel.

Here are some of the situations in Hat Yai:

1) People eating in floodwater

2) Heavy rain and strong wind at the beach

3) Cars passing on the road filled with floodwater

We hope those who got affected by the flood will be granted the strength to get through this hardship.
