Are You In Arrears With PTPTN? PTPTN Has A Solution For That

Are you in arrears with Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN)? PTPTN  is important for some Malaysians. In order to continue your studies in higher education, money is needed as the cost fee is quite high.

Some people may have the money to pay the fee. Nevertheless, some people need help from PTPTN. It is an agency under The Ministry of Education that offers financial assistance in the form of loans.

After students finish their studies, they need to pay back their debts. However, some people have problems with this. Do not worry! PTPTN has a solution for that.

Borrowers can apply for “Penstrukturan Semula Pinjaman PTPTN.” It is a method that allows borrowers to change the structure of the “Jadual Bayaran Balik” (JBB) and set monthly installments based on the borrowers’ ability.

Applications can be made anytime, except from the 27th day of the current month to the 5th day of the following month.

Second time: RM50
Third time: RM100
Fourth time: RM150
Fifth and subsequent times: RM200

Borrowers have to settle at least 50% of the arrears before the “Surat Tawaran Penstrukturan Semula is issued. Moreover, the repayment period can be extended until the borrower’s age reaches 60 years.
