Follow This Dress Code When Visiting A Police Station

Everything has a rule and code. Even when we are eating, there are etiquettes that we should follow. Etiquettes are crucial as they teach us mannerisms. Manners are not only from the way we talk but also from our actions. Following a rule or code makes you a well-mannered person!

Do you know that to visit a police station, one must wear only certain attire? Do not worry if you do not know about it, as we are going to remind you again about this. It is better late than not knowing at all!

When going to a police station for an official visit, visitors must wear clean, tidy, and suitable attire.

Visitors of the police stations are not allowed to wear attires as below:

  • wearing a short or skirt that exposed their knees
  • wearing tight trousers or skirt
  • sleeveless top
  • wearing flip-flops

Instead, wear more suitable attire like wearing long trousers or a skirt, a long or short-sleeved shirt, and shoes that do not show your feet.

It is the same in other places as well, especially when you need to deal with the officials.

Now you know! Let’s follow this dress code when visiting the police station!
