As the name implies, this meal includes an elaborate spread of staple delicacies like ‘Grilled Tilapia with Sambal’, ‘Ikan Keli Masak Lemak Cili Padi’, ‘Kerabu Selun’, and many more, all of which are presented on a serving tray – reminiscent of an authentic Malay cuisine.
