ASICS Debuts Latest Retail Concept With New Store Opening In IOI City Mall Putrajaya

ASICS celebrated the opening of its all-new retail concept store at ASICS IOI City Mall Putrajaya today, in the company of Mr Yasuhito Hirota, CEO of ASICS Corporation, athletes including Tahira Najmunisaa, Ho Yen Mei, Daren James Nair, Ziq Junaidy, Nik Fakharuddin, Noor Amelia, Abdul Rahman Abu Hassan, Daphne Ng, as well as Brand Ambassador Hariz Hamdan.

Designed around the brand’s guiding philosophy of a “Sound Mind, Sound Body”, the ASICS IOI City Mall Putrajaya store sees a refreshed space punctuated by natural and calm finishes. Designed with unique and educational touchpoints from a floor track to simulate a road running experience and to provide a more accurate feel when testing the shoes, the new store is also lined with improved product shelf talkers enriched with category-specific functional benefits. This marks the first ASICS store in Malaysia to implement this new design concept, paving the way for the brand’s retail expansion to come.
