All shout hooray, because PJ MASKS are here to save the day! The adorable heroes of PJ MASKS are coming to three of Gamuda Land’s townships here in the Klang Valley from 26 May until 11 June 2023. Based on the PJ MASKS: Power Heroes animated series, a worldwide animated phenomenon by Disney, this campaign seeks to entertain and excite younger audiences eager to meet their favourite superhero trio in person: Catboy, Owlette and Gekko, the brave defenders known as PJ MASKS.
Spread over ten days and across three different Gamuda Land townships, namely Gamuda Cove, Gamuda Gardens, and twentyfive7 – this interactive campaign will have everything from “meet & greets” to limited edition merchandise booths and even environmental workshops, which will coincide with the commemoration of the International Day of Biological Diversity, aligning with Gamuda Land’s many ESG efforts.
“We are very excited to have this popular show and its iconic characters come to life in our townships. This campaign will not only be exciting for the young fans of the show, but it will also allow us as ‘Playmakers’ to showcase some of our GL Play attractions, like SplashMania Waterpark at Gamuda Cove and Xploria at Gamuda Gardens among others to visitors. We also relish the opportunity to educate the young on the environment because it’s ‘time to be a hero’ for Mother Nature and we believe PJ MASKS is a great avenue for this”, says Sanjay Nadarajah, General Manager of Leisure & Hospitality, Gamuda Land.
PJ MASKS: Power Heroes is presently one of the most-watched animated series for children globally. The show has been running since 2015, with its sixth season having recently premiered in April 2023. And now, the show will come alive for the very first time in Malaysia, giving people a chance to experience this global sensation up close in Gamuda Land’s townships.
