ZTE marked a significant achievement in 5G technology by reaching speeds of up to 28Gbps, a milestone first announced in October of the previous year. This groundbreaking advancement resulted from strategic collaboration among Digital Nasional Berhad (“DNB”), TM, and ZTE. It sets a new benchmark for connectivity, empowering network operators to deliver unmatched speeds and superior service quality. This enhancement not only broadens horizons for consumers but also creates new opportunities for businesses, paving the way for innovative applications and improved digital experiences.

The recognition of this achievement by the MBR, initially documented last October, was ceremonially celebrated during the event. The occasion was marked by the presence of MBR on stage along with Tan Sri Mohamad Salim Bin Fateh Din, Chairman of MCMC, Steven Ge, Managing Director of ZTE Malaysia, Tey Khang Lian, Deputy Country Manager of ZTE Malaysia, Normah Arip, Vice President of ZTE Malaysia, Jasmine Lee, Chief Commercial Officer, Consumer of TM, Nasution bin Mohamed, Chief Operating Officer of DNB , who collectively highlighted the significance of the moment.
