Colors, Culture, and Celebration: Step into a Mesmerizing Deepavali at Sunway Theme Parks!

Imagine walking into a world where vibrant colors, music, and the aroma of spices fill the air. The Festival of Lights is not just about illuminating the night sky—it’s about illuminating hearts. This Deepavali, Sunway Theme Parks invites you to join in a celebration on 1 November 2024 and 2 November 2024 at Sunway Lagoon, Selangor and Sunway Lost World Of Tambun, Ipoh.

A key highlight of the celebration will be a series of captivating performances, showcasing Indian cultural heritage. Expect mesmerizing Peacock Dances, traditional Bharatanatyam, and lively Bhangra performances in both Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World Of Tambun. Sunway Lagoon will end the event with Flying Diyas and the largest Musical Fireworks in Malaysia, while Sunway Lost World Of Tambun will end with spectacular Flaming Percussion and musical fireworks.

For those who love food, the celebration is a feast for the senses. The live food demonstrations will have your mouth watering as you watch chefs prepare beloved Indian delicacies like Pani Puri, Chole Bhatura, and the sweet, syrupy goodness of Jalebi. The scent of Masala Tea and Murukku fills the air as food vendors offer mouth-watering culinary demonstrations, allowing guests to explore the diverse flavors of India. You won’t just watch—you’ll taste the magic too.

In the heart of Little India, guests immerse themselves in creative activations. Children engage in Henna DIY and Diya Origami Craft, while families come together to design beautiful Rangoli Sand Art and DIY Mallipoo in both theme parks. Sunway Lost World Of Tambun will have a special activation as the guests can experience creating oil lamps with used bottles and used cooking oil.

CSR Event in Collaboration with CUCKOO Malaysia

A special aspect of the celebration is the CUCKOO CSR Program, which is organized in collaboration with CUCKOO Malaysia. This meaningful event will host children from Rainbow Children Home in Perak to Sunway Lost World Of Tambun on 1 November 2024; Rumah KIDS, Praise Emmanuel Childrens Home and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur to Sunway Lagoon on 2 November 2024. Besides, the children can enjoy and celebrate this festival in the park. Cuckoo Malaysia will sponsor one Queen Stand Water Purifier to Rumah KIDS, Praise Emmanuel Childrens Home and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary.
