Lotus Cars Malaysia Celebrates Opening of New Store in Penang, Malaysia

Lotus Cars Malaysia opened the doors to its third outlet in Malaysia within the year to further consolidate the brand’s presence in Malaysia. In addition to the Lotus stores in Pavilion Damansara Heights and Glenmarie Kuala Lumpur, Lotus Penang will be the first retail space to be located outside of the Klang Valley in 28 years of presence in Malaysia.

Lotus Store Penang is in the heart of Penang’s commercial business district at No 2A-01-02, Jalan Penang, 10000 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang. The well-positioned showroom features two Lotus models and offers ease of accessibility to new and existing customers in the Northern region. A dedicated configurator lounge provides an immersive and intimate environment for prospective customers to personalize their Lotus vehicles. 

“Penang is a very important and strategic location for Lotus Cars Malaysia, and we are extremely pleased to unveil the fully operational facility in 2024,” said Lotus Cars Malaysia Executive Director Mohamed Reza bin Abdul Mutalib.

The complete Lotus model line-up is currently being offered in Malaysia; assertive yet refined electric performance SUV, Eletre, Eletre S and Eletre R; agile and thrilling full electric Hyper-GT, Emeya, Emeya S and Emeya R; iconic and class-leading mid-engine sportscar, Emira First Edition, First Edition V6, Emira Turbo and Emira Turbo SE.

In celebration of this momentous occasion, new Lotus Emira customers will be treated to a Lotus Factory Experience in Hethel, United Kingdom. This exclusive trip, set for April and October 2025, offers the Lotus Emira Factory Tour, along with the opportunity to drive the Emira on the iconic Lotus test track. Customers will also enjoy gourmet dining and luxurious accommodation as part of the experience. Lotus Cars Malaysia is also offering a limited-time payment plan on the Lotus Eletre with monthly installments starting from just RM6,388. Lotus Store Penang is located at No 2A-01-02, Jalan Penang. 10000 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang. It is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m., and from 10:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays.
