“This year’s menu is a celebration of Malaysia’s culinary heritage, thoughtfully reimagined with a modern twist to create a dining experience that is both nostalgic and innovative,” said Chef Hisham Bin Jaafar, the Centre’s Executive Chef.

“We’ve also incorporated healthier options to cater to evolving preferences, making it possible to indulge while maintaining balance. Our Muslim guests can enjoy this experience with complete peace of mind, knowing that our kitchens are fully halal certified by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia. We’re excited to bring people together through food that not only delights the palate but also supports the community and promotes sustainable practices.”
