Kapitan Café’s Sajian Serantau Food Experience Delights Guests With a Myriad of Time-Honoured Flavours

Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur (SGSKL) is excited to present a special culinary menu for all guests in this auspicious month by blending both local and international cuisine for a memorable dining experience this holy month of “breaking fast”.

At SGSKL, it’s a time for families and friends to come together in observance of the holy month. The hotel’s culinary team have crafted a diverse menu that honours the culinary traditions from across the country, ensuring every dish is prepared with care and precision to evoke a sense of home and warmth.

The heart of SGSKL dining experience lies in its main courses. The buffet, thoughtfully crafted offers an impressive spread of time-honoured favourites, including Kari Ikan Tanjung Dawai, Nasi Arab Kambing Bakar, Sup Kambing Dang Wangi, Asam Laksa Nyonya Peranakan, just to name a few. Each dish is infused with the finest spices, creating a burst of flavours in every bite. Break your fast with Assam Boi Calamansi or Sirap Bandung Soda as well as an array of fresh salads and appetisers, offering a delightful balance of taste and texture.

At the Kapitan Café SGSKL, it is more than just about food; it’s about coming together in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The culinary team, headed by Chef Mohamad Jailani Mehat worked tirelessly to ensure that every dish is prepared with the finest ingredients and served with exceptional attention to detail.
