Xiaomi is excited to announce the upcoming grand opening of its second flagship retail store in Malaysia, set to launch on 26 July 2025. Xiaomi Malaysia’s new retail store at The Exchange TRX marks another important milestone in the brand’s continued growth. Following the success of its first new retail outlet at IPC Shopping Centre, this latest addition reaffirms Xiaomi’s commitment to delivering a premium and hands-on retail experience. The new retail store is not only Xiaomi’s second outlet in Malaysia, but also the biggest retail store under Xiaomi’s New Retail business model in the Southeast Asia region. With over 250 displayed SKUs and more than 500 SKUs of Xiaomi devices available for purchase, the store will offer the widest range of Xiaomi products in Malaysia, spanning smartphones, AIoT devices, and smart home solutions.
What sets this store apart is its purpose beyond retail. It will be Xiaomi’s first new retail store in Malaysia to offer on-site after-sales support, where customers can receive expert assistance directly from trained Xiaomi specialists.
