MILO® Hidup Bola Turns 20, Two Decades of Dreams on the Court

For 20 years, MILO® Hidup Bola has been more than a futsal tournament. It’s been a stage where dreams are born, friendships are forged, and discipline takes root. Across Malaysia, thousands of kids have laced up their shoes not just to chase goals, but to chase growth.

One team that knows this journey best? Kuweng FC. Two decades in, their story isn’t about trophies. It’s about resilience, unity, and the belief that courage can carry a team further than talent alone. Their long-time coach, Mohd Rosli Bin Mat Ariffin (Coach Rosli), has seen players transform from restless kids into disciplined athletes and better students. For him, futsal is never just about drills. It’s about shaping character and teaching lessons that last off the court.

“Sports teaches you more than how to win. It teaches you how to grow,” said Coach Rosli.

And the impact is real. Players who started here have gone on to national trials, international matches, and most importantly, carried values of respect, leadership, and confidence into their daily lives.

This year’s edition celebrated both legacy and rising stars:

  • Team Stylo Milo Orange (Johor) – U12 champions

  • Team Seven E FC (Sabah) – U16 champions

  • Best Players: Muhammad Adith Iqram (U12) & Muhammad Adil Qayyum (U16)

  • Best Goalkeepers: Mohamad Aniq Zahfran (U12) & Muhamad Arifin (U16)

With a total prize pool of RM94,000, the competition was fierce but the true win was the community built around it.

Two decades in, MILO® Hidup Bola remains a platform where futures are shaped. It’s where kids find confidence, where coaches become mentors, and where families stand proudly on the sidelines. On these futsal courts, the game is just the beginning.
