LEGO & Shopee Malaysia Want You to “Bina Bersama, Cipta Cerita”

What if building LEGO wasn’t just about bricks… but about stories, friendships, and memories too? That’s the idea behind LEGO’s new campaign with Shopee Malaysia, Bina Bersama, Cipta Cerita, now running nationwide until the end of 2025.

The campaign is all about making LEGO play more accessible, affordable, and creative for families everywhere. And with Shopee Mall in the mix, Malaysians can shop 100% authentic LEGO sets online and get them delivered straight to their doorstep. Lagi cepat, lagi senang!

Why this campaign matters

A global LEGO survey revealed something interesting:

  • 97% of parents wish their kids could build more often.
  • But 72% of kids said they feel pressured to “get it perfect”, worried about making mistakes.

This campaign is a gentle reminder: LEGO play isn’t about being perfect. It’s about letting imagination run free, experimenting, and creating stories together.

How Malaysia is building stories

To celebrate, families and creators from across the country are showcasing LEGO creations that represent their home states.

  • A Sabah family built a mini Mount Kinabalu.
  • Friends in Sarawak recreated Kuching’s iconic cats.
  • Others paid tribute to cultural symbols and local pride.

The results? Heartwarming, creative, and very Malaysian.

The campaign spotlights sets that spark different kinds of play:

  • For open play: LEGO® Medium Creative Brick Box (10696) & LEGO® DUPLO® Brick Box (10913)
  • For animal lovers: Creator 3-in-1 sets like Cute Bunny, Playful Cat, Panda
  • Family, and the Shopee-exclusive Majestic Rhino with Birds
  • For artsy vibes: Retro Camera, Typewriter with Flowers, or the forever-blooming Botanicals series (Happy Plants & Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet)

Perks & promos

  • First-time Shopee shoppers: 11% off selected LEGO sets (until 31 Dec 2025)
  • #BinaBersamaCiptaCerita Contest (3–19 Sept): Share what LEGO creation best represents your state, and win exclusive sets worth up to RM914.

From Malaysian maps to traditional instruments, some entries are already turning heads. Six winners with the most creative ideas will each take home a LEGO set.
