Muslim Pro Launches “Stories by Muslim Pro” to Spotlight Global Muslim Narratives with Film, Digital Shorts & Authentic Voices

Muslim Pro, the world’s most popular Muslim lifestyle app, has unveiled Stories by Muslim Pro, a bold new digital storytelling initiative that amplifies authentic Muslim voices and transcends borders through film, user-generated content, and creative collaborations.

The launch was marked by a panel session titled Storytelling in the Digital Era, featuring Nafees Khundker, Group Managing Director and CEO of Muslim Pro, alongside award-winning filmmaker Abrar Hussain, known for One Day in the Haram and One Night in Al Aqsa.

“Muslim Pro has evolved from a faith utility app into a cultural and spiritual companion trusted by millions,” said Nafees. “Stories by Muslim Pro is our next chapter, shining a light on stories that inspire, connect, and unite Muslims across geographies, cultures, and generations.”

Documentary Premiere Madina: The Enlightened City

The platform’s debut is anchored by the exclusive premiere of Madina: The Enlightened City, directed by Abrar Hussain. Available from 1 October 2025 exclusively on Muslim Pro’s video platform, Qalbox, the documentary explores not just the history and beauty of Madina, but also its spirit of humility, devotion, and humanity.

Stories of the Beloved, A Global Film & UGC Festival

Complementing the premiere is Stories of the Beloved, a short film and user-generated content festival that highlights how Islam is lived and experienced in everyday life. An international jury of filmmakers and digital creators, including Malaysian content creator Fikri ZamRi, will select winners across categories.

Audiences worldwide are invited to participate in the Viewer’s Choice Award by casting votes on the Muslim Pro app from 9–21 September 2025.

Celebrating Heritage Through Creative Design

As part of the campaign, TudungPeople’s Founder Fazrena Aziz will also unveil the Flavours Scarf Collection, 11 nostalgic designs inspired by Julie’s Biscuits (partnered within the wider Stories by Muslim Pro campaign). This underscores how storytelling can extend beyond film into fashion, food, and lifestyle, creating a multi-dimensional celebration of culture.

The initiative reflects Muslim Pro’s growing influence as both a spiritual guide and a cultural hub, bridging global communities through meaningful narratives.
