Jaya Grocer Opens Its First Signature Outlet at KLGCC Mall

Jaya Grocer just levelled up your grocery game.

The homegrown brand has officially launched its first-ever Signature outlet at KLGCC Mall, blending global brands, local flavours, and a touch of tech into one sleek shopping experience. This new space marks Jaya Grocer’s 56th outlet nationwide, joining its latest opening in Rawang and it’s all about redefining how Malaysians shop, eat, and live.

“With our Signature Outlet, we’re creating a space where freshness meets finesse,” said Daniel Teng, CEO of Jaya Grocer. “From premium produce to artisanal selections, it’s a modern grocery experience built for those who value quality and convenience.”

The launch was officiated by Adelene Foo (Chairperson), Daniel Teng (CEO), and Joseph Teoh (Deputy CEO), joined by Y.A.M Tengku Datuk Seri Ahmad Shah Alhaj and Dato’ Seri Azmir Merican, Group Managing Director & CEO of Sime Darby Property. The event also highlighted the shared vision between Jaya Grocer and Sime Darby Property in creating lifestyle-driven developments like KLGCC Mall.

Step inside the new Signature Outlet and you’ll instantly feel the difference, it’s not your regular supermarket run. Picture this:

  • A dedicated chiller with fresh, ready-to-eat salads and cold-pressed juices.
  • The Baker’s Son, serving handcrafted pastries like their signature Mini Beef Wellington.
  • Six live seafood tanks, a Master Butcher corner with dry-aged beef cuts, and a custom cheese counter.
  • Wrap & Gift counter offering personalized wrapping and corporate gifting services.

And here’s the cherry on top, Jaya Grocer is introducing laüt, a new in-house seafood restaurant exclusive to the KLGCC Mall outlet. One of its must-try dishes? The Village Park Sambal Shrimp Bao, made with Grab Signature’s Village Park Nasi Lemak Sambal, yes, that Village Park.

Beyond the food, tech plays a huge role here too. The Signature outlet uses smart trolleys and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) that update prices in real time, no more guessing or outdated tags. You can also shop online through GrabMart, bringing that premium in-store experience straight to your doorstep.

Open daily from 8:30AM to 10:00PM, this new flagship blends culinary craftsmanship with modern-day convenience and it’s setting a new benchmark for grocery shopping in Malaysia.
