Dinner Disaster? Domino’s Has You Covered with Free Pizza

From 5 to 18 January 2026, customers who place an online delivery or digital carryout order worth RM35 or more will receive a Free Emergency Pizza voucher, redeemable on their next order anytime until 15 February 2026. It’s a safety net for moments when dinner doesn’t go as planned, unexpected guests arrive, or a rainy-day emergency.

First introduced globally in October 2023, Emergency Pizza has become a Domino’s phenomenon, distributing millions of free pizzas and earning praise for its value, reliability, and goodwill. The “What now?” Emergency moments were made easier.

According to Ringo Joannes, Region Chief Executive Officer of Domino’s Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia, “Our commitment goes beyond serving generous, craveable food. It’s about delivering peace of mind. Emergency Pizza is our promise that when the unexpected happens, Domino’s has you covered with a free backup pizza just a tap away.”

Customers can receive a Free Emergency Pizza by making a minimum online purchase of RM35 in a single order from 5 to 18 January 2026. The voucher code will be sent via email within 24 hours and can be redeemed on the customer’s next order.

To redeem, customers simply enter the 12-digit unique voucher code at checkout under “Add a voucher code” and enjoy a Free Regular Pizza anytime until 15 February 2026. Customers can choose from 6 favourite flavours — Aloha Chicken, Beef Pepperoni, Chicken Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, Smoky Beef n Chick, or Vegie Galore. A minimum spend of RM20 applies for delivery orders, while no minimum spend is required for Pick-Up, provided orders are placed online and self-collected at any Domino’s store.
