Ramadan has always brought out the best in Malaysians. From sharing meals to helping neighbours, small acts of kindness happen everywhere, every day.
This year, Tropicana Twister is taking that spirit further by turning those simple gestures into something that truly lasts, safe homes for families in need.
Back for its second year, the ‘Gandakan Kebaikan’ initiative is no longer just about festive giving.
Instead, it is stepping up with a bigger, more meaningful goal: helping build up to 100 homes for underserved communities, including Orang Asli families across Malaysia.
It is a shift from short-term aid to long-term impact, proving that kindness can go far beyond the Ramadan season.
From Feel-Good Moments to Real-World Impact
Tropicana Twister is not doing it alone. In partnership with EPIC Homes, the brand is supporting Project 100, an initiative that has already helped more than 200 families secure safer living conditions.
Together, they are transforming everyday generosity into something tangible, actual homes built for those who need them most.
This move reflects a bigger picture. By focusing on permanent shelter instead of temporary assistance, the initiative creates lasting change.
Families gain not just a roof over their heads, but access to safer environments, better living conditions, and space for children to grow and thrive.
As Aditya Sheoran, PepsiCo Franchise Senior Director, explains, the brand believes in building sustainable progress through long-term efforts. By investing in real infrastructure and opportunities, Tropicana Twister is strengthening communities while shaping a more resilient future.
Jennifer Lee, PepsiCo Malaysia Beverages Head of Marketing, echoes this vision. After focusing on care packs last year, the team wanted to go further. This time, they are turning everyday kindness into something permanent and life-changing, a home that offers comfort, stability, and a fresh start.
Turning Small Acts of Kindness into Big Impact
At the heart of ‘Gandakan Kebaikan’ is a simple but powerful idea: your small actions matter.
Tropicana Twister invites Malaysians to journal their acts of kindness, whether it is helping a stranger, sharing food, or just being there for someone. Every recorded good deed becomes part of a larger movement.
From 18 February to 21 April 2026, each act logged through the campaign’s digital chatbot transforms into digital “oranges”.
These oranges then convert into real contributions that support home-building efforts with EPIC Homes. In other words, your kindness literally helps build walls, roofs, and safe spaces for families in need.
It is a reminder that you do not need to do something huge to make a difference. Sometimes, the smallest act can lead to the biggest change.
How Malaysians Can Take Part

- Journal your acts of kindness
The total oranges collected are then channeled towards supporting the mission to build safe homes for underprivileged families. As more goodness is shared, more homes can be built.
Join, Journal, Buy and Stand a Chance to Win!
On top of making a difference, there is also a little extra incentive. Malaysians who participate and spend a minimum of RM10 on Tropicana Twister products stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
But beyond the rewards, the campaign carries a bigger message. As Jennifer Lee puts it, when people come together with a shared purpose, even the smallest actions can create lasting, meaningful impact.
So, this Ramadan, whether you are helping a neighbour or sharing a meal, remember this: your kindness could help build someone’s home.
