Avenged Sevenfold Prepares For Highly Anticipated Malaysian Concert

Rock fans are in for another treat in 2026 as legendary heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold gears up for their long-awaited return to Malaysia. The icons of contemporary metal have officially added Kuala Lumpur to their Asia tour, bringing their explosive live show to Unifi Arena KL (formerly known as Axiata Arena) on 26 September 2026 for ‘Avenged Sevenfold Live in Malaysia’.

Organised by Malaysia’s premier concert promoter Hitman Solutions, the anticipated show promises intense riffs, powerful vocals, and some of the band’s biggest chart-topping hits culminating in one epic night to unite generations of rock and metal fans under one roof.

Formed in 1999, Avenged Sevenfold have spent nearly three decades shaping the sound of modern heavy metal with their distinctive style and genre-defying songwriting. The band has left an indelible mark on the global rock landscape, building a loyal international following and cementing their place among the genre’s most influential acts.

Local fans from all over the country have been waiting for the band’s return to Malaysia, following their last appearance in 2015 during the Hail to the King Southeast Asia Tour. In the years since, the band has continued to explore and evolve their sound with the release of two critically acclaimed albums, The Stage and Life Is But a Dream…, expanding their musical legacy while giving Deathbats (the official fandom name) a new chapter of music to embrace alongside fan-favourite anthems like Nightmare, Hail to the King, and Afterlife.

Rohit Rampal, CEO and Founder of Hitman Group, shared his excited sentiments on the upcoming show, “Over the last couple of years, we’ve brought several major rock acts to Malaysia, and every time we tease a new announcement…there’s always one name that keeps coming up. We constantly receive messages, comments, and DMs asking if Avenged Sevenfold is finally coming back. It’s clear that the Malaysian Deathbats have been waiting patiently, and our mission has always been to bring the shows fans truly want to see. Securing a Kuala Lumpur stop on their tour took a lot of work, but we’re confident it will be worth it when we see Unifi Arena packed with passionate fans this September.”

Tickets will go on sale starting April 7th at 11.00AM (GMT+8) for Artist Pre-sale, and General Sales will begin on April 8th at 12.00PM (GMT+8). The tickets will be available via www.hitmanlive.com. The concert will feature five seated ticket categories ranging from RM299 to RM699, as well as a Rockzone standing category priced at RM499 (processing fees and booking charges are not included).

This concert is organised by Hitman Solutions, with Hitz FM, Sinar FM, and Mix FM as the official radio partners, and Astro Gempak serving as the official media partner.
