Skechers Malaysia Unveils Its First-Ever, Largest Standalone Megastore In Melaka at Tarcor Park

Melaka, Malaysia, 18 May 2026 – Skechers, The Comfort Technology CompanyTM and a global leader in lifestyle and performance footwear, now officially opens its first-ever standalone megastore in Melaka at Tarcor Park, marking a significant retail milestone for the brand in Malaysia.

Spanning an impressive 16,592 square feet, the Skechers Tarcor Park Megastore is now the largest Skechers store in Melaka, offering an expansive, all-in-one destination that brings together the brand’s full range of footwear, apparel and accessories, reinforcing Skechers’ commitment to accessibility and everyday wearability.

Positioned as a premium outlet concept, the megastore offers a curated mix of best seller collections, alongside current styles at attractive, value-driven prices, giving consumers a broader selection of products across categories and greater access to Skechers’ signature comfort and style without compromising on quality.

The opening further strengthens Skechers’ footprint in the state, complementing its existing concept stores at AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka, Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan, while introducing a new standalone retail format that elevates the brand’s presence in a key growth market.

A Modern Retail Space Built For Comfort, Value And Discovery

The Skechers Tarcor Park Megastore is thoughtfully designed around modern minimalism, comfort and lifestyle versatility, reflecting Skechers’ brand DNA.

Featuring a clean architectural layout, the space is defined by open sightlines, linear geometry and a neutral palette accented with Skechers’ signature blue, creating a bright and welcoming environment designed for easy navigation across lifestyle and performance collections.

The spacious layout also enables a wider product assortment to cater to different age groups, making it easier for shoppers to explore more options, discover hidden gems and enjoy greater value in every visit.

Shoppers can look forward to exploring a wide selection of Skechers’ most-loved collections, including the popular Hands Free Slip-ins ® , engineered for effortless, hands-free wear without compromising on support, alongside the lightweight and versatile Foamies range, perfect for everyday comfort.

The store also carries Skechers’ performance and lifestyle footwear for men, women and kids, complemented by a range of apparel and accessories, offering something for every age group and occasion under one roof.

A Global First: Skechers X KOI Thé

In a world-first collaboration, the megastore also features an in-store outlet by KOI Thé, marking the first time globally that both brands have come together in a single retail space. This unique integration transforms the store into a lifestyle destination, where customers can shop in comfort and unwind with a drink, blending retail with everyday indulgence in a seamless experience.

Drawing inspiration from Skechers’ signature blue packaging, the Skechers x KOI Thé outlet reimagines the familiar brand element into a modern “transparent shoebox” concept.

Designed as an immersive café experience within the megastore, the space features blue-tinted and textured glass panels that subtly reference the brand’s iconic visual identity, while creating an open, light-filled environment that flows seamlessly with the surrounding retail space.

Blending clean architectural lines with soft neutral furnishings and Skechers’ signature blue accents, the space offers a bright, stylish and distinctly Instagrammable environment where shoppers can relax over beverages and desserts while continuing to explore the store. The café concept also reflects the seamless intersection of fashion, lifestyle and café culture within one cohesive retail experience.

A Significant Milestone For Skechers In Malaysia

The opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony was officiated by Melaka Chief Minister, Yang Amat Berhormat (YAB), Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Bin Yusoh and Ms Zann Lee, Managing Director of Skechers Southeast Asia, with attendance by key government representatives, industry leaders and members of the media.
