Skechers, The Comfort Technology Company™, today officially reopens its latest superstore at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, introducing the World of Sports concept to Malaysia for the first time.
Located at G117-G119, Ground Floor, the newly renovated 9,207-square-foot store introduces a category-driven retail concept that organises the space around sport and lifestyle zones, making it easier for shoppers to navigate the brand’s growing range of performance and lifestyle footwear, apparel and accessories. The 1 Utama store stands as one of Skechers Malaysia’s most prominent flagship locations, offering one of the brand’s widest product selections in the country.
A Retail Space Built Around How You Move
The newly renovated store cuts a bold presence at 1 Utama, with a striking storefront defined by dynamic LED displays, vivid campaign visuals and a contemporary retail fit-out that signals something different from the moment of arrival. Inside, the space opens into a clean, minimalist interior with structured lighting and a thoughtfully laid-out floor plan that makes navigating the store’s full range of sport and lifestyle categories a natural, unhurried experience.
The store is anchored by dedicated zones across Skechers’ key sport and lifestyle categories. The Running zone features the AERO series — spanning the Razor, Burst, Spark and Pulse, while the Walking zone brings together the Max Cushioning series and the popular Hands Free Slip-ins®. The Pickleball zone showcases the Viper Court Elite 2.0 and Skechers Viper Court Pro 2.0™, built for the court demands of one of the world’s fastest-growing sports. Completing the store are the Foamies and Lifestyle section, a dedicated Kids zone, a Golf category, and Skechers’ broader Performance Apparel range for training and active lifestyles.
Adding a personalised dimension to the shopping experience is the in-store SafeSize machine, a foot-scanning technology that analyses foot dimensions and recommends the most suitable Skechers fit across all categories.
Rounding out the store is the Skechers DIY — Your Style corner, an interactive space where shoppers can personalise their Skechers with a selection of charms, beads and shoelaces. A heat press station also allows customers to customise Skechers apparel with sticker prints, adding a creative, hands-on element to the retail experience.
A New Milestone For Skechers Malaysia

Opening Promotions
To celebrate the store reopening, Skechers is rolling out a series of promotions and activities from today to 14 June 2026.
Shoppers can enjoy 25% off regular-priced footwear, apparel and accessories in a single receipt throughout the promotional period. Those who visit the store in their Skechers will also be eligible to receive a RM100 discount voucher*
The Skechers Passport Challenge gives shoppers a chance to win one of three prizes worth RM2,000 in Skechers products. To qualify, participants must register as a Skechers member, share at least one Instagram Story or post featuring the store, and make a purchase during the campaign period.
Shoppers who spend a minimum of RM500 in a single receipt will also receive a complimentary Skechers Sunny Bear Plush**. On 13 and 14 June, families and shoppers dropping by for the reopening weekend can enjoy complimentary cotton candy and popcorn.
