Since its launch, Ori Ori Kari has carved out its own identity within the Mi Sedaap range. Developed for curry lovers, it delivers a more satisfying kari experience with a richer aroma, spicier kick, extra tofu and springy noodles. Every bowl opens with the inviting aroma of curry, followed by a spicier kick that makes each mouthful more satisfying. Extra tofu pieces soak up the rich broth, while Mi Sedaap’s signature springy noodles complete the experience with a satisfying bite.
It’s a combination that has struck a chord with Malaysians. In a 2025 consumer survey involving 200 testers, two in three respondents agreed that Ori Ori Kari was their new preferred kari bringing to life Mi Sedaap’s campaign message, “Kari that H1TS Bolder & Better.”

Vanessa’s Secret Kari brings her personal twist to Ori Ori Kari, featuring prawns, shredded chicken and boiled egg, topped with leaf celery, and chives, with a squeeze of calamansi lime i to finish. Created exclusively for the media event, the special bowl gives guests a taste of Vanessa’s own way of enjoying Ori Ori Kari.
At the private launch event, guests had the opportunity to experience Ori Ori Kari through a series of interactive activities, including Vanessa’s Secret Kari and the Build Your Own Kari Experience, where they can create their own personalised bowl. The afternoon also featured a live performance by Vanessa, bringing together good food, great company and a shared love for a satisfying bowl of kari.
Ori Ori Kari is available nationwide in a bundle and cup format at selected retailers including Lotus’s, AEON, 7-Eleven and Watsons, ready whenever the craving for a satisfying bowl of kari strikes.
