Twenty-nine years old tourists had to be airlifted to the hospital with a serious injury after being hit by a whale. The incident happens while she was snorkeling in a diving group.
It is believed that the woman was injured after swimming close to two humpback whales that are a mother and a calf.
The incident that happened at the Ningaloo Reef off the West Australian coast has resulted in the woman suffered fractured ribs and internal bleeding after being hit by the whale’s tail.
According to News.com, the woman was flown to Royal Perth Hospital after she was sustained with a “chest injuries”
It is said that she is now in a “serious but stable condition”. In that incident, she is not the only person that was injured. There are many people from the same diving group being treated for cuts and bruises.
