The worldwide COVID-19 epidemic, including Malaysia, has not ended to this day. It has been almost ten months, but lately the number of infections has been found to increase to three figures.

Undeniably, the entire front line battalion of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) led by its ‘general’, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah needs to be prepared for unexpected situations.

Today, the Minister of Health, Dr. Adham Baba shared a post on Facebook about his travel movements monitoring the preparations of MOH members at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Last night after going to KLIA, me and Dr. Norhayati binti Rusli returned to my office at MOH, Putrajaya to meet with YBhg Tan Sri Dato ‘Seri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah, Director General of Health Malaysia (and) YBhg Datuk Mohd Rabin Bin Basir to formulate and implement plans to address the latest situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

After the meeting, we returned to KLIA at 3.00 am and to KLIA2 at 5.00 am to ensure the smooth running of the MOH staff in carrying out their duties patiently.

Also there was YBhg. Dato ‘Shamsul Najmi bin Shamsuddin, my political secretary and some of my officials.

He also thanked the front line of the MOH and the parties involved in this effort.
