Prayer is definitely a pillar of religion. Doing it 5 times a day is an obligation for every Muslim in this whole wide world. Sadly, being busy because of work is a constant excuse that people give just to skip their prayers. Because of that, someone has to take stern action to remind other people to perform their prayer.
On the 9th of February 2021, the director and also publisher that is Erma Fatima has uploaded a video on her own Instagram social media platform. The video shows that Erma Fatima did a patrol on her own to make sure that all of her workers perform their prayers.

According to the Instagram posting, she said:
“When the prayer time comes, I decided to stay silent. I see that nobody even moved from their chair to perform their prayers. Looks like they are so busy with their work. This is the only way to make them perform their prayers. Force them.”
This is so good of Erma Fatima for willing to make a spot check towards her workers and tell them to perform their prayers. This means, she also wants the workers to take care of the second Pillar of Islam.
