172 New Cases And 73 MOH’s Staff Reportedly Positive Covid-19 – Ministry Of Health

Ministry of Health announced that there were 172 new cases reported today (Mar 25). This brings the total number of cases to Malaysia including 199 which have recovered to 1,796 in total.

Of the 172 positive cases reported today, 71 were from the Sri Petaling cluster cases while others were still under investigation.

Meanwhile, 45 other COVID-19 patients are being treated in the ICU including 34 people in need of respiratory aids.

In addition, 73 KKM staff reportedly positive COVID -19. According to KKM, the hospital staff infected with COVID19 include Teluk Intan Hospital, Perak with 37 people. The rest are at Putrajaya Hospital, Raja Perempuan Zainab Hospital in Kelantan, Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang and Selayang Hospital.
