The Thaiger reports that a teacher at a prestigious school in Hat Yai, Thailand has murdered her autistic 5-year-old son by smothering him with a pillow.
The incident took place today in Songkhla Province. According to The Thaiger, she tried to commit suicide by consuming toilet cleaner after the murder. However, she ended up in intensive care.
Rescue workers and police officers from nearby Hat Yai Police Station were dispatched to the condo room where the incident occurred.
The boy, aged 5, was discovered by police lying on his back with a pile of pillows and blankets. Meanwhile, the 39-year-old teacher was found by police officers. But she is in severe condition in the bathroom from consuming a glass of toilet cleaner.
The technician at the premises reportedly informed the police that the teacher had asked for his help after she consumed toilet cleaning. When he entered the apartment room, he discovered the body of the young kid and quickly called the authorities.
He stated that the teacher killed her autistic son with a pillow. Then, planned to commit suicide by consuming toilet cleaner. However, the pain was too much and she asked for help.
In addition, anonymous sources informed the police that the teacher borrowed some money from the school. And struggled to pay it back. She was also dealing with family issues.
For your information, she is a single mother and raised her son alone in the apartment.
