Radium Development Berhad Group Managing Director, Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong, received the Malaysian Property Icon Leadership Award at FIABCI Malaysia’s and the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific’s 2023 Malaysian Housing and Property Summit last week in Kuala Lumpur.
The award was presented by Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Yang Berhormat Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, in the presence of Tan Sri Michael Yeoh, President of KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific, and Datuk Sr Firdaus bin Musa, President of FIABCI Malaysia.
In his acceptance speech, Datuk Gary Gan said: “I would not have been able to achieve this without the hard work of our management and staff members. My deepest gratitude goes out to Radium Development Berhad’s entire staff for their loyalty and commitment to this achievement”.

With the recognition and nomination of the awards, I truly believe that with our motto ‘Building Good’ that has been built-in deep within our company team members; we will continue to achieve fruitful results in the future.” added Datuk Gary Gan.
Datuk Gary Gan and the Management of Radium Development Berhad also participated in the C-Level and Economists Roundtable session at the summit, where distinguished industry leaders discussed the topics of ‘Future Forward: Future Proofing the Housing and Property Industry’ and ‘How the Economic Outlook for 2023 Will Impact the Housing and Property Industry’.’ respectively.
The summit also covered topics such as, ‘Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation: Making the Property and Housing Industry Future Ready’; ‘The Affordable Housing Conundrum: What’s Next?’; and ‘The Property Market Outlook – What to Expect in 2023 and What Can Go Wrong?’
Radium Development Berhad under the leadership of Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong has also been awarded the ‘Best Emerging Developer’ award at the 2022 BrandLaureate Property Branding Award last year.
