Reimagined For All Senses. The New Mercedes-Benz EQE Variants

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia launches four new Mercedes-Benz EQE variants in conjunction with the roll out of Star Elegance, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle retail concept within the automotive industry, debuting at Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi.

Today, we extend our commitment to electromobility with the introduction of four new model variants of the Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan and Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV.

We lead the luxury EV segment by providing our customers with cutting-edge technological advancements, such as the 22 kW onboard AC charging system, which significantly reduces charging time. Other class-leading equipment includes rear axle steering, a panoramic sunroof, and DIGITAL LIGHT, enhancing driving dynamics and comfort. Additionally, these vehicles come with a 10-year battery warranty or up to 250,000 km, showcasing our commitment to reliability and peace of mind. These innovations demonstrate our dedication to delivering superior product experiences and maintaining our status as the technological leader in the industry.”

The EQE sedan

The sporty business sedan offers all the essential functions of the EQS in a slightly more compact format. The EQE features a sporty ‘purpose design’ with all the characteristic elements of Mercedes-Benz EQ, one-bow lines and cab-forward design. Sensual Purity is reflected in generously modelled surfaces, reduced joints and seamless transitions (seamless design). The overhangs and the front end are kept short, the rear provides the dynamic accent with a sharp rear spoiler. The battery has a usable energy content of 90.56 kWh and the range of up to 682 km according to WLTP.

The base variant Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ Electric Art Line features an Electric Art exterior and interior, 19-inch 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels, ARTICO man-made leather black / space grey upholstery, Advanced Sound System, and comes with an alternating current (AC) onboard charging system capable of charging the vehicle with up to 22 kW. The EQE 350+ Electric Art Line builds on the rich equipment level of the former EQE 350+ with AMG Line and thus comes with DIGITAL LIGHT, Driving Assistance Package, laser-cut backlit trim with Mercedes-Benz pattern, active ambient lighting, KEYLESS-GO Comfort Package, and Parking Package with 360° camera.

The Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ AMG Line has been upgraded with new features such as a panoramic sunroof, Radiator grille with Mercedes-Benz pattern, rear axle steering with up to 10° steering angle adjustment, AIRMATIC air suspension, an electric charging socket flap, and features an alternating current (AC) onboard charging system capable of charging the vehicle with up to 22 kW. This level of equipment and electric performance allows the new EQE 350+ with AMG Line to set the benchmark in the segment of electric luxury business sedans in Malaysia.

Redefined for new levels. The EQE SUV

The EQE SUV is the multi-purpose variant of the EQE executive sedan. Like the latter, it is available with the essential innovations of the EQS and at the same time is more dynamic than the EQS SUV. The EQE SUV is one of the most spacious representatives of its class. The vehicle achieves a total output of 215 kW and an increased range of up to 596 km according to WLTP. The new EQE 350+ SUV variants in Malaysia debut with an additional colour choice, velvet brown metallic, expanding the range of available colours.

The new Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ SUV Electric Art Line variant sports Electric Art exterior and interior, 20-inch 5-spoke light-alloy wheels, NEOTEX / ARTICO man-made leather black / space grey upholstery, laser-cut backlit trim with Mercedes-Benz pattern, comfort suspension, and Advanced Sound System. In addition, the vehicle comes with DIGITAL LIGHT, Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus, Driving Assistance Package Plus, Parking Package with 360° camera, and MBUX augmented reality for navigation. The EQE 350+ SUV Electric Art Line mirrors the comprehensive equipment of the EQE 350+ sedan with Electric Art Line.

On the Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ SUV AMG Line variant, customers enjoy the extensive equipment present on the current Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 4MATIC SUV such as panoramic sunroof, AIRMATIC suspension, rear axle steering, Burmester® 3D surround sound system, and sports seats. New to the EQE 350+ SUV with AMG Line is the 20-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels.
