Garmin Malaysia has officially launched the all-new Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 smartwatches, engineered for serious runners, triathletes, and performance-focused athletes looking to elevate their training. These cutting-edge GPS watches are joined by two new heart rate monitors, HRM 200 and HRM 600to deliver next-level precision, insights, and recovery tools tailored for high-performance sport.
The Forerunner 570, available in 42mm and 47mm sizes, boasts Garmin’s brightest AMOLED display, a built-in speaker and mic for calls and voice controls, personalized training readiness, and adaptive workouts. It also includes Garmin Triathlon Coach training plans, auto lap by timing gates, and race-time predictors all designed to help users train smarter and recover better.
Taking performance even further, the Forerunner 970 adds a scratch-resistant sapphire lens, titanium bezel, full-color mapping, and exclusive tools like running tolerance, running economy, and step speed loss, helping elite athletes fine-tune every stride. It also features an LED flashlight for nighttime training and supports the ECG app, offering deeper cardiac health monitoring.
Alongside the watches, Garmin unveiled the HRM 200 and HRM 600, two premium heart rate monitors built for comfort and precision. The HRM 600 stands out with expanded running dynamics, standalone activity recording (even without a smartwatch), a rechargeable battery, and real-time data syncing across Garmin devices. Both models support swimming and indoor tracking, and are available in two strap sizes to suit different athletes.
Battery performance doesn’t disappoint: the Forerunner 570 lasts up to 11 days in smartwatch mode, while the 970 delivers up to 15 days. The HRM 600 can operate up to 2 months on a single charge, while the HRM 200 offers up to a year with a replaceable battery.

The Forerunner 570 (RM2,399) and Forerunner 970 (RM3,269) will be available starting 18 June 2025. Meanwhile, the HRM 200 (RM349) and HRM 600 (RM739) hit shelves on 11 July 2025.
