Users can purchase and activate their Travel eSIM directly within the app in just a few taps, making it easier to stay connected from the moment they land.
The new Travel eSIM offers flexible usage of up to 31 days, with plans starting from as low as RM3.50, making it an affordable option for both short trips and longer overseas stays.
To purchase and activate the Travel eSIM, users can follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: On the ShopeePay app, tap “View All” or go to “Bills &Payment” on the homepage. Then, select “eSIM”
- Step 2: Choose your destination, followed by your preferred data (GB) and number of travel days, then tap confirm to proceed with purchase
- Step 3: To activate the eSIM, go to “History” and select your order. Tap “Activate eSIM Now” and follow the instructions. Users can activate their eSIM via three methods: direct activation, QR code, or manual setup
