What if your weekend plans involved less rushing around and more time to actually reconnect with yourself?
That’s the idea behind the Women Wellness Festival, which is returning this October for its biggest edition yet, bringing together a community of around 2,000 people for two full days of movement, mindfulness, conversations, connection and, hopefully, a little much-needed rest.
Founded by Diane Chia, Raja Jesrina Arshad and Sarah Lian, the festival will take place on 3 and 4 October 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, running from 9am to 6pm each day.

After two sold-out editions, the festival is expanding into a larger two-day experience featuring more than 50 workshops, talks, panels and hands-on sessions across five zones and two floors, with activities moving between indoor spaces and the outdoors.
And while the name says Women Wellness Festival, everyone is welcome, including men.
A Weekend Built Around Feeling Good
Now in its third year, the festival is taking a more curated approach to wellness, bringing together speakers, facilitators and instructors from Malaysia and the region across different areas of wellbeing.
Expect everything from movement and mindfulness to Wim Hof breathwork, Qigong, crystals, rage workshops, pet communication and conversations around ageing.
There’s also a new focus this year that many people might find particularly relevant: financial wellness.
The idea is to look at wellness as more than just fitness or self-care, but as the bigger picture of how we live, feel, connect and navigate different stages of life.
For Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village, that is exactly what the festival is about.
“Wellness is not something reserved for one season of life. Every stage has its own kind of vitality, and this festival is where women can rediscover that for themselves, whatever age they are and wherever they are on their journey,” she said.
Familiar Faces, Fresh Perspectives
The festival will officially be launched on 3 October by YB Hannah Yeoh, who returns to officiate for the second consecutive year.
She will be joined by women from different fields, including squash icon Datuk Nicol David, two-time HYROX World Champion Hannah Prescott, Fitness Master Trainer Allisha Azlan, Asia’s Top Leader Dr Jillian Yeoh and Women’s Financial Advocate Rejina Rahim.
For Jesrina Arshad, Founder and CEO of PurelyB, the festival’s growth is a reflection of the community it has built over the years.
“What began as an idea has grown into something women return to year after year. My hope is that everyone who walks in leaves feeling stronger in themselves and reconnected to the kind of natural, rooted wellbeing that has always been part of who we are,” she said.
A New Home For The Festival
This year also marks the festival’s first edition at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, its official venue partner.
The new setting gives the festival more room to breathe — from indoor workshops and talks to more relaxed outdoor and poolside spaces designed for attendees to slow down, connect and simply take a break.
That sense of community has always been at the heart of the festival, according to Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat.
“The magic of this festival has always been the room full of people who show up for one another. We have created spaces to pause, to talk honestly, and to belong, and this year there is more room than ever to do exactly that,” she said.
Come For The Wellness, Stay For The Community
The festival is supported by partners including digital health platform NOVV, Gentle Therapy, REN Wellness, MINT Events, Muka Wellness, seca, The Cranberry Institute and SAGES.
Festival Access starts from RM20 for advance tickets, or RM30 at the door. Individual ticketed workshops and experiences are priced at RM38 in advance or RM48 on the day.
With a mix of international speakers, fitness experts, wellness practitioners and more unconventional experiences, the festival is shaping up to be less about following a perfect wellness routine and more about finding what actually works for you.
The Women Wellness Festival 2026 takes place on 3–4 October 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown.
