Taylor’s Brings Movement, Wellness and Co-Branded Style to Campus

Taylor’s Lakeside Campus came alive with movement and energy as students, staff and alumni gathered for MOVE · STRETCH · RESET, a community experience designed to encourage wellbeing, connection and a stronger sense of belonging across Taylor’s.

The activation reflects Taylor’s continued focus on creating experiences that bring its wider community together beyond the classroom and workplace. By integrating movement, wellness and contemporary lifestyle experiences into campus life, Taylor’s is creating more opportunities for students and employees to connect, while continuing to engage alumni long after graduation.

Close to 200 students, staff and alumni took part in a three-kilometre community run around the campus and a guided yoga session beside the Taylor’s lake, facilitated by lululemon ambassador Jenifer Alicia Ooi.

Through collaborations with brands that resonate with the lifestyles and interests of its community, Taylor’s is creating new ways for students, staff and alumni to connect with the institution and with one another.

At the heart of the collaboration is an exclusive selection of nine lululemon pieces featuring Taylor’s branding. The collection includes tops, bottoms, pullovers, hoodies and accessories, alongside lululemon bottles that can be personalised with laser engraving.

Available exclusively to the Taylor’s community through the Taylor’s Merchandise Shop, the collection represents more than merchandise. It offers the Taylor’s community a contemporary expression of belonging and pride through pieces that can be worn and carried beyond campus.

Globally, collaborations between universities and lifestyle and sports brands have become one way for institutions to strengthen their identity and deepen connections with their communities. For Taylor’s, this collaboration brings together movement, wellness and contemporary lifestyle, while creating another touchpoint through which students, staff and alumni can express their connection to Taylor’s.

Members of the wider Taylor’s Education Group alumni community also returned to campus for the activation, including Patrick Sim, Taylor’s College alumnus and Group CEO of Secret Recipe Cakes & Café; Eisha Izaddeen, Garden International School alumna and Co-founder and General Manager of JPC Padel; Shahmalarani Chandran, Taylor’s University alumna, national karate exponent and newly crowned Asian Games champion; Carlos Villa, founder of Union Strength Gyms and Garden International School alumnus; and Janine Chacko Villa, Taylor’s University alumna and Co-founder of Peek This Dress, Peek This Wedding and Sweatco. Their participation brought together different generations of the Taylor’s community, reflecting how connections formed through the institution can continue well beyond graduation.

MOVE · STRETCH · RESET forms part of Taylor’s broader effort to create an experience shaped not only by what happens in classrooms and workplaces, but also by the communities, shared experiences and connections that surround them.

Through initiatives such as this, Taylor’s is exploring new ways to bring its community together while building a brand that students, staff and alumni can experience, participate in and proudly carry with them beyond campus.
