Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob informed that Perak, Selangor, and Penang had the highest number of compounds because of cross-country attempts.
According to him, Perak was the state with the highest compound of 40 compounds, followed by Selangor with 29 compounds while Penang had 23 compounds.

Not just that, he also reminded the public that the cross-country was still not allowed except for reasons that already approved and advised people to follow the rules and SOP that have been given by the government.
“So, once again I want to remind everyone to follow the SOP, and once again I want to say that cross-country is still not allowed except for the 4 reasons I mention that is emergency, death, work, and even separated couples (married). Other than that, no reason can be accepted to cross the state,” he said.
