In a press conference held today, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri assert that if the people did not comply with the SOP during a motorcycle convoy, it would be possible for the government to halt the activities during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).

“If they continue to commit offenses, gather in a crowd and no social distancing, the government will not hesitate to terminate the morcycle convoy in Malaysia,” said the Senior Minister (Security Cluster).

He also added that adults should be able to follow the SOP compliance. He hoped that this would be the first and last incident that happen in Malaysia to keep the people safe and stop the COVID-19 spread.
