Do not be worried, this is because we can just send those coins straight into our bank accounts. Those coins that we have been keep for a long time at home can be sent to our bank account with just using the coin deposit machine.

Many may still not know that the coin deposit machine has already been used by all banks in Malaysia since 2014. That year, it was announced by Bank Negara that the machine will be available to use in all banks across Malaysia.

But, do you know how to use the coin deposit machine? Here are the five simple steps that can be taken when using the machine:

  • Step 1: Select the preferred language
  • Step 2: Pour coins into a slot
  • Step 3: Take the receipt
  • Step 4: Fill up the deposit slip
  • Step 5: Present receipt and deposit slip on the same day at the counter
