Although the condition of the cutting board has been poor and looks disgusting, do not know, Why a lot of people are still using it! Cracks and scratches on the cutting board are “holes” for germs such as Salmonella, E-coli, and so on.

In addition, sharing the use of cutting boards for raw materials (chicken, fish, meat) and vegetables/fruits should also be avoided.

For example, after you cut the chicken, germs on the raw chicken will stick to the cutting board, then with the same board, you cut the vegetables and fruits.

Suggestions

1. Replace the cutting board if there are scratches and moldy

2. Use different cutting boards for raw materials and vegetables/fruits
