Man Caught On Video Being Abducted By Four Other Men In Miri

A post shared by Info Roadblock JPJ/POLIS shows a man was caught on video being kidnapped in front of a restaurant in Jalan Bintang Jaya 2, Miri on 18 August.

In the video, it can be seen that several men trying to push the struggling victim into a white vehicle in broad daylight.

The incident believed to be happened at 4 pm yesterday where four men kidnapped the victim and threw him into a vehicle.

The victim was found three hours after being abducted. The victim was said to have been found in front of a bank at 7pm yesterday.

Through the 18-second video, the victim shouted for help while being forced into the white vehicle. The owner of the recording then shouted out the word ‘police’ to scare the suspect.

It is reported that the victim was taken to the police station for further investigations. The case is being investigated under Section 363 of the Penal Code (KK) for kidnapping.
