A Strong 6.4 Mag Earthquake Hits Mindanao, Philippines Last Night

A magnitude 6.4 earthquake on the Richter scale occurred in Mindanao, Philippines at 11.23 last night.

This was stated by the Malaysian Meteorological Department through its official Facebook account. The quake occurred 82 kilometers southeast of Digos City, Philippines with a depth of 89 kilometers.

However, the quake did not pose a tsunami threat to Malaysia.
