Congratulations To Billie Eilish, Lizzo and Taylor Swift For Winning Big At The iHeartRadio Music Awards 2020

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic situation, many awards show that have been planned to take place this year got canceled or even restricted to be held in person. Because of that, many parties have changed their strategies and take the opportunity to announce the winner for every award online. As the saying goes, the show must go on. One of the award show that decided to announce their winner online would be the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2020.

iHeartRadio Music Awards 2020 is actually a music event that responsible to celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2019. Because of some new limitations and restrictions on doing events during the pandemic, this year’s “live event” portion of the iHeartRadio Music Awards was originally scheduled to air from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on March 29 got canceled. Instead, the official winners got announced on-air across the country and via social media over Labor Day weekend.

Some of the most talked winners would be Billie Eilish that won the Female Artist of the Year award and two other awards, Lizzo successfully won the Song of the Year award with the song (“Truth Hurts”), Jonas Brothers for Best Duo/Group of the Year award, Taylor Swift won the Album of the Year award with her album (“Lover”) and many more. The most iconic singer-songwriter that is Elton John also got honored in this 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards with the Tour of the Year award.
