KL ‘Underground Restaurant’ Let You Choose Your Meat Before Chef Cooks In Front Of You

Recently, a Malaysian YouTuber, Dan Khoo visited The Market at Isetan The Japan Store and was blown away by his experience. On his Facebook page, he posted the review and in just two days, the post garnered over 1,000 shares.

Located at the lower ground of Lot 10 and has multiple restaurants that serve delicious Japanese food. The restaurant serves from sushi, and bento to fancier meals like slabs of wagyu. It said that he tried out one of the restaurants which allows you to select your meat and the chef will cook it in front of you only for Rm10.

The restaurant offers meats such as sirloin and wagyu. Price can be from RM40 to RM150 but they also have cheaper selections as well.

After done choosing your preferred meat, you can tell the chef how you want your meat to be cooked. You can have it rare, medium-rare, medium, or well done.

Dan tried the sirloin cut medium cooked that costs him around Rm60, including the chef’s fee, and said that the portion was totally enough for two.

For those who are wondering how to get here, there is an escalator from outside that takes you straight to the basement where The Market is at or you can just go through inside the mall.
