They definitely make everyone that lives in the country very proud of the technology and also the ability that they have mastered. Japan is one of the countries that have magnificent skyscrapers. Japan is in the progress to develop a new tallest skyscraper in Japan that is a torch-inspired building.

This 390-meter-high or a 1,279 feet skyscraper that would be in Japan is actually inspired by a literally flaming torch. This particular skyscraper would be known as Japan’s tallest building when this building will finally be opened in the year 2027 according to the initial plan. This tower also would be built with a feature of a soaring observation area located high in the building. This observation area would be used by visitors from which they can enjoy all the views over the capital and also nearby Mount Fuji.

The idea for this particular project was first announced in the year of 2016 by the property giant that is the well known Mitsubishi Estate. Mitsubishi Estate also unveiled its new torch-inspired design this particular month, before the company revealed the building’s name that is Torch Tower. The company announced the name specifically on Thursday. The structure forms would be part of a wider 31,400-square-meter (338,000-square-foot) and it is urban development.

According to the planning, the amount of 63 floors of the building will be dedicated fully to office space. For all the shop’s lots and also restaurants including the grand and magnificent 2,000-seat grand hall and also a bathhouse has definitely been set to be opened on the lower floors so that it is easier for all the customers to come and go.
The specific skyscraper’s upper level will contain a hotel with approximately the amount of 100 rooms, while the torch’s “flame” on top of the skyscraper has been reserved for the observation area dubbed “sky hill.” The design was meant to be looked at as a “torch that lights up the world,” according to a press release did by Mitsubishi Estate.
The developer for this skyscraper that is Mitsubishi Estate, which is part of the conglomerate behind Mitsubishi Motors, stated that the specific building will get the chance to enjoy Japan’s “highest level of seismic resistance.” The development will also provide several public areas that serve as shelters in the case of a natural disaster when there’s one that might happen there. The project is still currently under construction near the Tokyo Station, which is the capital’s main railway hub.
A second high-rise that we can see on the site, the 212-meter (696-foot) is due to be completed next year based on the planning. It will be separated from Torch Tower by a 7,000-square-meter (75,000 square feet) public plaza, complete with a koi pond and also waterfront promenade. Torch Tower would be one of the skyscrapers that are significantly above Japan’s current tallest building that is the 300-meter Abeno Harukas, in Osaka. It will also surpass the planned 330-meter tower in Tokyo’s new Toranomon-Azabudai district, which is set to become the country’s tallest upon its scheduled completion in 2023.
