Bank Islam ATM Services, CDM, Debit Cards, Go Apps & Internet Banking Are Temporarily Disrupted

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in a statement uploaded on its Facebook page informed that some of the bank’s services were temporarily disrupted.

These services are ATM, CDM, Bank Islam Debit Card-i, GO Application, and Internet Banking. Until now, the services are still experiencing technical problems that affect their services to consumers.

“We are informed that our banking services such as ATM, CDM, Bank Islam Debit Card-i, GO Application and Internet Banking have been temporarily disrupted. We apologize for any inconvenience,” said Bank Islam.

However, it is stated that Bank Islam is currently investigating this matter and efforts to repair the service are underway.

“We are looking into this and repair work is underway. Thank you for your patience,” added Bank Islam.
