CMCO: Here’s What You Need To Apply For A Travel Permit

For those who want to travel interstate or inter-district for an emergency during the CMCO, here’s how you can apply for a permit from PDRM.

Download Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO)  Permit Form

There are four categories of people who would need to fill up a form and to to the nearest police station to get it validated, they are:

  1. Individuals from areas where the CMCO is implemented and need to go to other states due to emergency reasons (sickness or death).

  2. Individuals who want to cross areas that are implementing CMCO for emergency reasons.

  3. Individuals from outside who want to enter areas which are implementing CMCO due to emergency reasons

  4. Individuals who are travelling by air using Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA 2, and Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah
